LODGES: Groups using the Lodges have their meals
in the dining hall. There is a kitchenette in each
building for Crieff Hills to provide snacks and beverages or
you may provide your own. Linen is provided in the
Lodges. |

Group Retreat Houses:
Buildings listed as Group Retreat Houses are
bunk-bed style with shared washrooms. These buildings
have fully-equipped kitchens where guests may prepare their
own meals. Alternately, groups using these buildings may
arrange to have their meals in the dining hall. If you
are using this type of facility, you must provide your own
linen or order linen at an extra cost. |

Cost Calculation:
Your final invoice will be calculated based on the minimum
cost per building per night OR the number
of guests multiplied by the rate per night, whichever is
higher. |

Deposit: All
reservations require a deposit. Your space is
not confirmed until receipt of the deposit in the Crieff Hills
Community office. |
|
Refund
Policy:
The
deposit, less 15% administrative fee, is refundable up to 6
months prior to your scheduled event. Thereafter, the
deposit can only be refunded - or transferred to another date
- if a replacement booking is taken for your original
reservation date (less the 15% booking fee). |

Check in:
All groups must check in at the Maclean Hall office to pickup
your keys.
Check in time is 7:00 pm. Check out time is 2:00pm (unless
previously arranged with the office) |

Emergency
Contacts: The
Crieff Hills Community office is open 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
For non office hours, we suggest you leave your cell phone number with
families and business associates as an emergency contact for your group in
the event they need to reach you. |

late arrivals after office hours. |
